This Privacy Policy applies only to the Android application Basya Poker (com.basyaentertainment.poker), published by Basya Entertainment. It does not apply to other Basya Entertainment games or websites.
2. Information handled by the app
Basya Entertainment does not require an account or directly collect personal information through this app.
The app includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's consent tools. Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, Google may automatically process:

Locally stored game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage, reset progress using an available in-game control, or uninstall the app. Basya Entertainment cannot remotely retrieve or delete local game data.

The app limits its own data handling to what is described in this policy. When third-party services are present, information is transmitted using protections provided by Android and those services. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
